Alfredsson's Locks

Daniel Alfredsson is a retired NHL and SEL hockey star who spent more of his career with the Ottawa Senators in the NHL. After playing 3 years in the SEL, the Swedish born star was drafted by the the Senators in the 6th round, which doesn't promise a very long or exceptional career for most hockey players. He proved everyone wrong by then playing 9 consecutive years in the NHL with the Sens. After the 03-04 season (9th consecutive season), he went back to the SEL for a year but was back with the Sens the year after that and put up an exceptional 103 points in 77 games. This turned out to be his best hockey season in his career. He spent another 8 seasons with Ottawa before being traded to the Wings for his final season before retiring. After summing up Daniels long and eye opening career, I'd like to touch on something that is probably look on by most people. Dan's hair is something special, just like his career. Every warmup, we would have the treat of seeing his hair 'blow in the wind' as he flies around the rink with his helmet off. Although his hair wouldn't be described as a mullet, I feel with the career he had and the hair he has, it was necessary.
